Sharing space:

A majority of the time at Napa Dance Club is open to all members to share space.  There are a very small list of exceptions and those are marked on the member calendar.  We ask that you be courteous to your fellow dancers, and share music and the space accordingly.  If you run into another group or other couples in the studio, just discuss switching music or sharing an amount of time before you switch.  Some members have dual Bluetooth transmitters which work well for sharing music between a couple via a computer/phone and wireless Bluetooth headsets.

Sign-in and Guests:

Please make sure to sign in yourself and all guests when you arrive.  Guests pay a $5 floor fee each and after you check them in make sure to put the $ into the envelope and drop it in the box.  Be sure to use exact change always!  No guests are allowed to be in the club without the silver or gold member being present.  Please make sure all your guests have left before you do and do not leave them unattended in the club.

Cleanup and Equipment:

Please make sure to leave the club as you found it.  All lights and equipment should be turned off if you’re the last to leave the club.  If you move furniture around please put it back before you leave.

Hygiene:

Please be courteous to your fellow dancers/club members. We share a small space,  good manners and hygiene are a necessity.

No Hard Liquor allowed:

Hard liquor is not allowed at Napa Dance Club. If you are spotted with hard liquor, you will be asked to leave and risk losing your membership.  If you are drunk at the club you will be asked to leave until you are sober.

Reporting problems:

We strive to make Napa Dance Club a safe and friendly place to come dance and be part of our community.  If you run into any problems at the club or with other members, please contact us immediately at napadanceclub@gmail.com.
